We had one guest at today's meeting. Optimist Homer Erickson Introduced his wife Carolyn. Most of us already know Carolyn as she frequently joins us for lunch.
There were no birthdays to celebrate today.
Our secret greeter was Stephanie Mann. Stephanie awarded the honor to Homer Erickson.
Chuck Hinkle announced the winner of last week's contest to be Jim Tudor. It will be Jim's duty to present us with a new contest next week.

Winners of the drawing were Beverly Shaw (speaker), Homer Erickson, and Sue Bousquet.
Our speaker was Beverly Shaw. Beverly acquainted us with the accomplishments of the West Lafayette Public Arts Group. She gave a slide presentation of some of the public art around town that the group is responsible for along with some interesting stories of how some of them came about.
Next week we will have Mark Brandyberry, local magician/comedian. Mark has performed for us in the past. His presentations are always well received.
